advice

Over the next few seasons I plan to build on my facilities and staff. I would like some advice please on the order of doing things. here are my details of whats going on so far. thanks

Senior level 3
Youth Academy level 2

Staff:
Coach level 2
Attack level 2 & 3
Defense level 1 & 2
Fitness level 2
Kicking level 2

Youth Coach level 1 - ad for level 2
Youth Scout level 2
Youth Manager level 1 - ad for level 2

the main way for u to make good money is the training. so get to level 3 coaches if u can afford it whilst giving 2 good trainees 10 nets each so that by the time theyre 19 u will be able to sell for big profit.

use that to upgrade everything at that stage. forget about results in the meantime and just get the base of hte club sorted and once complete begin the assault up the leagues

ok thanks i managed 2 get 3 level 3 staff ads

pick up the young trainees to take advantage of them.

those 3 went for 34k total

get rid of any standing seats (if that makes sense) they do not make a return

If your going to buy 2 trainees to sell for profit, buy welsh s.14 eligible players. With 10x lvl3 slots they have a chance at making the u20 squad(especially props).
After the s.14 wc a 100k prop will be worth 2 mill. Sell 2 of those and it'll fund your push into div 2

Also, sack the youth manager. Waste of money imo.

Theres not much else on the tm at the minute, but that usually changes on a tuesday when players get promoted.

sorry wilf, disagree, hes not at the level to train those players. he should be looking after his own team then join in the next masterplan.

My lvl 5 facilities and staff are due in three weeks, about time I should start thinking about bringing more prospects into my team. Will have to sell some players first, their contracts are not up until 14th and 19th of March. Good timing I suppose

We've run out of trainers TC, basically anyone who hits the tm now we risk losing abroad. Kevin probyn last season almost made the squad with just lvl 3 facilities(and he started off a lot worse than price phillips).

With his 3 lvl3 trainers, lcbailey would be able to get phillips up to 50k by the end of s.12. Gives him a great shout.

I agree tho that the next masterplan is prob a better option as he'll have better coaches then, but good practice in the meanwhile and he could be in with a shot at the squad.

51 stars could be anywhere between 13k and 35k. Its that much of a gap.

What stars do he get in his ya games? and what form is he on?
