Front Row Heights.

Hey guys. Im lookin at buying a new prop. only thing is he is slightly taller than my outgoing player. in the player position guide it says something like the front row has to be similar in height with the hooker being shorter. my question is, how much of a difference can you have? if i get this player then my front row will line up as 180, 177, 184. is that close enough?

That looks ok to me I seem to remember the prop should be within 5cm.

Ye that looks fine, the shorter the better for scrummaging? but a disadvantage come line out time?

yeh. A front row of around 185cm is kinda like the best of both worlds.

My front rows are 192 and 193, hooker 186. With my 2nd rows of 204 and 206 my lineout is looking pretty good... Well if I could get handling above 7 for either!
