    Leadership Empty Leadership

    I read somewhere that leadership is important for the fly half. Is anyone else aware of this? Is it possible to improve a players leadership by picking them as captain more?

    Leadership is fixed and I had not heard this about FH. Captaincy is the only place I consider leadership for.

    Me neither I don't think it matters what position your captain plays as long as he has good leadership skills and of course some decent experience.
